Performance Review: Professional Growth off-site training course
This practical course provides senior managers with the essential knowledge and resources to implement and integrate the performance management process successfully.
The course looks at managing the process through recognising the potential and challenges of the process in order to refine teacher objectives and develop a rigorous process for the next annual review cycle.
